Users have the ability to install Bethel supported software by themselves. Currently, Windows users will use Symantec Management Agent to update software on their PC's and Mac users will either be using Managed Software Center or Symantec Management Agent. During the summer and fall of 2019, Bethel IT will be transitioning to strictly using Software Center (PC) and , via either Software Center (Windows computers) or Managed Software Center (Mac OS computers). See instructions below.
Any software that is not currently available in the software list can be requested through the Software Request Form. A Jira case will be created and you will be notified when the software is available.
