This article shows you ways to forward calls on your Bethel provided Polycom phone using the web portal.
To access these features, log on to voip.aitech.net.
Call Forward Always
Call Forward Always forwards every call sent to your desk phone. It is helpful if you are having a busy day and won't be at your phone. This option comes with a Ring Reminder feature so you don't accidentally leave it on.
To activate this feature:
Select Voice Settings from your AiTech user dashboard from the Dashboard.
Select Automatic Call Forward Always.
Enter the number you would like these calls to forward to and select update number.
Turn the feature ON.

Select Voice Settingsfrom your AiTech user dashboard from the Dashboard.
Select Call Forward Busy.
Enter the number you would like these calls to forward to and select update number.
Turn the feature ON.

Select Voice Settings from your AiTech user dashboard from the Dashboard.
Select Call Forward No Answer.
Enter the number you would like these calls to forward to and select update number.
Turn the feature ON.
Select the number of rings before forwarding.

Select Select Voice Settings from your AiTech user dashboard from the Dashboard.
Select Call Forward Not Reachable.
Enter the number you would like these calls to forward to and select update number.
Turn the feature ON.
