How to join a WebEx Meeting (Meeting Participants)

1. Click on the link to the meeting or paste the meeting URL in your browsers address bar.
2. If you are asked for a Meeting number type or paste in the 9 digit number Alternate: Go to https://webex.bethel.edu and enter the 9 digit Meeting Number or Room ID provided by the meeting host (example: 123456789)
3. In the Meeting room window, type in your name and email address

4. For the first time you may be asked to download the Cisco WebEx add-on or add WebEx to Chrome.  Click download and follow the directions.  
   The WebEx meeting window should open.
   1. If asked if you wish to join audio select yes
   2. In the audio window set your speaker and microphone and click OK.
