Installation
To install the software, choose Google Chrome Extension or the desktop/iPad versions, then follow the directions for installation below.
Google Chrome Extension
- Make sure you’re logged in to your Bethel email account.
- Download the Chrome extension on the Chrome Web Store
- Add extension to your toolbar (video tutorial for reference) by clicking the Chrome extensions icon (gray puzzle piece) and selecting the pin next to the extension icon.
- Pin the extension to your Chrome toolbar by clicking on pin. It will turn blue once it is pinned.
Upload the saved PDF to OrbitNote (documents must be in a PDF format).
- Go to the pinned click OrbitNote icon to open the extension's dashboard (or go to: https://orbitnote.staging.texthelp.com/) to sign in. You will need to use your Bethel email.
- From the homepage, go to "Dashboard". Here, you can upload your file. Files must be in PDF format.
- When the file has uploaded, you will have access to the texthelp features located on the top toolbar.

You can also highlight with OrbitNote. Use the
to collect your highlights together into a Google Docbutton to move to another section of the document.
