The second time period runs from the 16th to the end of the month. Hours worked during this time period are paid on the 15th of the following month.

The workweek for Bethel employees is defined as Sunday through Saturday. Work hours for full-time employees normally cover 40 hours in a five-day period, Monday through Friday.

An unpaid lunch period of 30 minutes is provided to all nonexempt staff employees daily. Lunch breaks should be coordinated with other staff schedules.
