Setting Guest Access for a Moodle Course

Click on the Guest access settings tool Image Removed and change "allow guest access" to Yes.  (Add a password if you wish for more restricted guest access).

Click on Courses in the Navigation Menu.
In the Search Courses field  search for the course title (e.g. music hour or course number MUS195).

You will see one of the following guest access icons if guest access is enabled.

 Image Removed - open access to course content (no access to forums or other protected sections)

Image Removed - guest access with password (provided by the instructor or course coordinator).
