Summary

Faculty can email all of their advisees using the Faculty Academic tab in MyBethel.

Configuring Mailto in Firefox or Google Chrome

In order to email your advisees you will need to configure Firefox using the steps in this article or Google Chrome using the steps in this article. This will allow Bethel Google Mail to open hyperlink email addresses on webpages.

Emailing Advisees through MyBethel

  1. Login to my.bethel.edu.

  2. Click on the Tools and Resources button (top right of the page) and then click on the Banner link.

  3. Login to Self-Service Banner.

  4. Click on the Faculty and Advisors/Faculty Services tab

  5. Click on the Student Information menu

  6. Click Advisee Listing

  7. Scroll to the bottom and click Email Your Advisees
