    • All files recorded are recorded into a WebEx proprietary format, Advanced Recording Format (.arf). WebEx Network Recording Player  is available as a free download for playing recordings.  ARF files can also be converted into mp4 files for uploading into YouTube, but the quality may not be appropriate for using WebEx recordings for classes.

How to join a WebEx Meeting (Meeting Participants)

1. Click on the link to the meeting or paste the meeting URL in your browser's address bar.
2. Alternate: Go to https://webex.bethel.edu and enter the 9 digit Meeting Number or Room ID provided by the meeting host (example: 123456789)
3. In the Meeting room window, type in your name and email address
              
4. For the first time you may be asked to download the Cisco WebEx add-on or add WebEx to Chrome.  Click download and follow the directions.  
   The WebEx meeting window should open.
   1. If asked if you wish to join audio select yes
   2. In the audio window set your speaker and microphone and click OK.
