Working Conditions

It is the policy of Bethel University to provide a safe and healthy work environment for its employees. If an unsafe or unhealthy work situation is identified or believed to exist, a report of the condition should be made immediately to the appropriate department head, to your supervisor, or to the Director of Security and Safety. The situation will be investigated and, where indicated, corrective action taken.
