Confidentiality

You are expected to respect the confidentiality of information to which you have access as an employee of Bethel University. Disclosure of confidential information may be cause for discipline, up to and including dismissal and may result in criminal prosecution. Some information and records are specified confidential and must not be discussed on- or off-campus. Student records are an example of confidential information. Check with your supervisor if you are uncertain whether specific information is confidential.
