Secure File Sharing

Secure File Sharing is Bethel's best tool to share sensitive data, such as personally identifiable information, with outside parties. This tool should substitute email as a means of securely transferring information. Any Faculty or Staff member can access Secure File Sharing with their credentials. A history of shared documents is kept within the application. Access to these documents can be terminated at any time.

• Active Unix account

• To create account, request the Unix Account group via IAM group request

To share files:

1. Navigate to secure-files.bethel.edu.

2. Login with Bethel Community Account

3. Once there, follow these instructions to send files securely.
