Preparing an Archive for Emails

This article will walk the user through how to prepare emails for an archive download. 

  1. Log into your Bethel Email Account.
  2. In your Bethel email, navigate to the left side and locate the section for Labels. You can select the plus ( + ) option.

3. You can rename the label to a name you will remember. An example is Personal Emails. Select the option Create.

4. Navigate through your email and select the applicable emails. You will then navigate to the top and select the Labels icon and select the Personal Emails label.

5. You are now ready to create an archive folder of your personal emails using Google Takeout.
