Change Busy or No Answer Greetings for a group or departmental phone number
If the phone number you want the greeting changed for is a call center, where the phone number that runs the greeting message is not tied to one specific desk phone, it is recommended to send a new greeting as a recorded audio file to the ITS Help Desk. This can be performed by following the directions in this Confluence article.
