Office of Financial Aid information is available online or by office appointment. Financial aid information is also found in the Finances section of the academic catalog. Catalogs are available online at catalog.bethel.edu. Students are responsible for completing financial aid documentation for each year that they are enrolled. They must meet the financial aid deadlines for submission of financial aid forms.
Policies:
- Bethel Seminary students must maintain a cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least 2.00.
- At the graduate level, cumulative GPA is calculated separately for Graduate School doctoral programs, Graduate School non-doctoral programs, Bethel Seminary doctoral programs, and Bethel Seminary non-doctoral programs.
- You must be enrolled full time to receive Bethel grants and scholarships. To maintain Direct Loan eligibility, you must be enrolled half time.
Full-time status: 6 or more credits per semester
Half-time status: at least 3 credits per semester
- All students who lose their loan eligibility will enter the grace period for repayment of the loans.
- All students who withdraw from Bethel without completing any classes in the semester may need to return a portion of their federal aid.
