From anywhere in the Office of the Provost space, click on Space tools at the bottom left hand corner of the screen , then Content Tools. Click the Export tab, select PDF, then click on Next. From there select Custom Export. Under Choose pages to export, unclick unclick All Pages. At the bottom of the page , click on Include Page Numbers.
- To print the handbook in its entirety, click on the box next to the phrase “Faculty Handbook,” Handbook” then click Export.
- To print a portion of the handbook, click the box(es) next to the section(s) you want , then click Export.
Once the exporting is 100% complete, you’ll be able to download the handbook by clicking on the phrase Download PDF.

Our office will continue to print a hard copy of the handbook for new faculty members.
