Printing the Faculty Handbook

There are great advantages to having the Faculty Handbook as a living document in the the Office of the Provost Confluence space. (Let me know if you'd like to learn more about those advantages!) But sometimes it's nice to have a hard copy. Here are instructions on how to download a PDF of all or part of the handbook.

From anywhere in the Office of the Provost space, click on Space tools at the bottom left hand corner of the screen then Content Tools. Click the Export tab, select PDF, then click on Next. From there select Custom Export. Under Choose pages to export unclick All Pages. At the bottom of the page click on Include Page Numbers.

  1. To print the handbook in its entirety, click on the box next to the phrase “Faculty Handbook” then click Export.
  2. To print a portion of the handbook, click the box(es) next to the section(s) you want then click Export.

Once the exporting is 100% complete, you’ll be able to download the handbook by clicking on the phrase Download PDF.

Note that it is not the most visually appealing document.

You can also download individual pages as PDF or Word documents from anywhere in the space. Just go to the three dots in the top right hand corner of the screen and make your choices.

Our office will continue to print a hard copy of the handbook for new faculty members.
