How to troubleshoot EPAF issues when users can not create them in Blink Self-Service Banner (EPAF - Electronic Personnel Action Form)

Instructions:

  1. Under the “Personnel Action Notices” channel on the Work-Life “Employee” tab in BlinkSelf-Service Banner, there should be a link labeled “Create a New PAF”“Electronic Personnel Action Form”. If a link does not appear, the user may not be authorized to create EPAFs.

  2. If there is no link, contact Human Resources to authorize the user. Meena Thao is the individual in charge of EPAF authorization.
