Secure File Sharing is Bethel's best tool to share sensitive data, such as personally identifiable information, with outside parties. This tool should substitute email as a means of securely transferring information. Any Bethel Faculty or Staff member can access Secure File Sharing with their credentials. A history of shared documents is kept within the application. Access to these documents can be terminated at any time.
