How to troubleshoot EPAF issues when users can not create them in BLink Blink (EPAF - Electronic Personnel Action Form)

  1. Under the “Personnel Action Notices” channel on the Work-Life tab in BLinkBlink, there should be a link labeled “Create a New PAF”. If a link does not appear, the user may not be authorized to create EPAFs.

  2. If there is no link, contact Financial Aid Human Resources to authorize the user. Jillian Helleloid Meena Thao is the individual in charge of EPAF authorization.
