Faculty Notification Letters/Accommodation Letters alert the professor of the accommodations students are approved and eligible to use in the course. Students with approved accommodations through OARS are responsible for sending their Faculty Notification Letter (FNL) of accommodations each term to their professors.

How to Send Faculty Notification Letters
Each term students are required log into AIM and send their FNL/Accommodation Letter of Accommodations. It is recommend letters are sent up to three week prior to the start of the term (up to three weeks prior to the start of the class). You can modify your accommodation request /class.
