- Click on the forum
- Click on "Add a new discussion topic"
- Put a title in the Subject line
- Select the camera icon icon from the toolbar
(middle option) - There will now be a green "Record" button at the bottom of the recorder
- When you are ready to begin your video, press record
- When you are done with your video, press stop
- Wait for "Uploaded Successful" before clicking Insert
- If you click Insert before getting the "Uploaded Successful" message, the response will not submit
- Click "Post to forum"
