Identification Bethel ID cards are supplied to all full-time and part-time employees. At the time of your hire, contact visit the Office of Student Life to coordinate a time to get your I.D. photo taken.of Safety and Security (HC103) or the front desk in the entry of the Anderson Center (3rd floor) to get your picture taken and an ID card printed.
If you lose your card, report it to the Office of Safety and Security and Safety immediately. A replacement fee may be charged. Your identification card will be surrendered upon termination of employment.
Your Bethel ID Card can be used in these places:
Monson Dining Center, 3900 Grill, and Royal Grounds*
Library (to check out items)
Printers and Copiers
Wellness Center
Bethel University Book Store (10-20% off if you show your ID card)
*If you would like to add money to your Bethel ID card in order to pay for food on campus at any of the locations, please go to the Sodexo office which is located on the third level of the Brushaber Commons building. It is located across from the seating area at the 3900 Grill.
