This The Faculty Phased Retirement Plan Election Agreement ("Agreement") is due to the Office the Office of the Provost , via hard copy or email to d-harless@bethel.edu, by 5 p.m. on ThursdayFriday, October 15, 2020 2021 if entered into during the fall semester of the 2020–2021 2021–2022 academic year; or by 5 p.m. on MondayTuesday, March 15, 2021 2022 if entered into during the spring semester of said academic year.
At the date of Faculty Member’s full retirement, he/she will be asked by Bethel to sign an additional waiver of claims similar to the waiver contained in paragraphs No. 4 and No. 6 of the Agreement for an additional payment of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500). The waiver is set forth in Attachment B to this Agreement.
