| 1 | In the "Live" tab start your recording. |

| 2 | When you have finished recording hit the red button to stop and then go to the "Playback" tab. |

| 3 | Select "Time Selection Mode" and select the portion of the clip you would like to export. |

| 4 | Once you have made your selection, hit "Add to export list" |
|
| 5 | Chose the destination you would like your file exported to. Use the "Media player format" for maximum compatibility. Then hit "Start Export" at the bottom. |
