Accessibility Specialists: Each student registered with the Office of Accessibility Resources and Service (OARS) is assigned an Accessibility Specialist based on the student's last name. Accessibility Specialists are available between 9 a.m. - 4 p.m., Monday- Friday.

Fall & Spring Check-In Meetings 

In order to serve students better and to keep up to date with accommodations, we require We encourage all students registered with OARS to schedule a 15-minute OARS check-in meeting . The check-in meeting can be by phone or video conference. 

Reserve an appointment slot with your Accessibility Specialist 

1. Click the link for the appointments page:
   1. Students with last name A-K: Select an appointment slot with Lynda Hinrichs 
   2. Students with last name L-Z: Select an appointment slot with Joy Whiting 
2. Click an available appointment slot that works with your schedule. 
3. Enter in the description if you'd like to connect face-to-face or over the phone.
4. Press Save.
