Accessibility Specialists: Each student registered with the Office of Accessibility Resources and Service (OARS) is assigned an Accessibility Specialist based on the student's last name. Accessibility Specialists are available between 9 a.m. - 4 p.m., Monday- Friday.

Spring Check-In Meetings
In order to serve students better and to keep up to date with accommodations, we require a 15-minute OARS check-in meeting. The check-in meeting can be by phone or video conference.
Reserve an appointment slot with your Accessibility Specialist
- Click the link for the appointments page:
- Students with last name A-K: Select an appointment slot with Lynda Hinrichs
- Students with last name L-Z: Select an appointment slot with Joy Whiting
- Click an available appointment slot that works with your schedule.
- Enter in the description if you'd like to connect face-to-face or over the phone.
- Press Save.
Cancel an appointment slot
- Open Google Calendar.
- Click the appointment slot.
- Under “Going?” click No.
