Under the Full-Time Faculty Compensation Plan, the index salary on which system is based is defined by the board in February along with overall budget projections. In order to have ample time to issue contracts after the February board meetings each year, full-time faculty contracts will be issued in March instead of February, beginning with the 2012–2013 contracts. Faculty members needing their salary information earlier than March can contact their dean in mid-February.
