Troubleshooting steps:
Verify URL
- Are they going to the correct website?
- Is it spelled correctly?
Incognito or Private Window
- Try multiple browsers.
- Try clearing cache/cookies.
Can they log into auth?
- https://auth.bethel.edu
Do multiple users experience the issue?
Do they have internet access?
- Can they access other websites?
