This article will walk you through how to prepare personal files for a Google Takeout transition.

  1. Log into your Bethel Google drive.
  2. On the top left select New and select the option New Folder.

3. Rename the folder something easy to remember such as Personal Files.

4. Once that is created you will have a file that looks similar to the one below. There are two options to move files. If you click and drag files into that folder, they will move to that folder.

5. The second option includes right-clicking the files and selecting Organize. There will be an option to Move file and you can select the folder you created from that list.
