Familiarize Yourself with The Following Professional Tools
In this course (and throughout your time in your program), you will encounter several opportunities to collaborate with your classmates on group projects. You can easily use your Bethel-authenticated Google tools for this purpose. This ungraded activity is intended to help you get comfortable with the tools available so you can focus on the assignments when they come up rather than trying to figure out the technology you need to make collaboration and presentation possible.
- Google Hangouts: To make sure you can communicate using Google Hangouts:
- Arrange an opportunity to practice Setting Up a Google Hangout and/or Running a Google Hangout with another Google user
- YouTube - Producing and Sharing Video Media: To make sure you can utilize your Bethel YouTube account:
- Google Suite (GSuite): Producing and Sharing Documents: To make sure you can use the common collaborative Google Suite Tools linked from the Apps icon in your Bethel gmail account. (Lynda Tuturial: Google Drive Essential Training)
