  • Signs - Expect to see signs across campus indicating things like where to stand when in line, what direction to travel in certain locations, and how to follow policies on face coverings and social distancing.
  • Campus cleaning - Our Facilities Management team has created a detailed cleaning protocol for our buildings. All lounges and common entry points will be cleaned regularly, and hand sanitizer stations will be provided near the entrances to buildings and other key locations across campus. To help keep door handles clean, everyone is encouraged to sanitize their hands on the way into and out of all buildings.
  • Tracking occupancy and attendance - To assist with potential contact tracing, various methods for tracking occupancy in rooms and at events will be used across campus. Students should bring ID cards with them daily as they attend events and navigate campus spaces in case scanning of ID cards for this purpose is required.
  • Hand sanitizer stations - These will be placed all around campus to give us regular opportunities to practice good hygiene.
  • Plastic dividers - These dividers, also known as sneeze guards, will be installed in various spaces around campus to protect those who have frequent contact with students and employees.
