This Confluence article provides user instructions for navigating some of the automated options within the Bethel voicemail inbox. The voicemail inbox is a specific menu option within the voicemail system, accessible by pressing 1 immediately after logging into the voicemail. Menu Options
Before Playing a Voice Message
Here are some options to use before messages start playing or between messages:
Press pound (#) to skip to the next message.
Press 2 to play or repeat the following message without the description.
Press 4 to return to the previous message.
Press 5 to hear the following message descriptions.
Press 6 to skip to the next message.
Press 7 to delete a message.
Press 8 to to call the sender.
Press star (*) to return to the Voice Messaging Main Menu.
During a Voice Message
Here are some options to use while listening to a message:
Press 1 to rewind a message 3 seconds.
Press 2 to pause the voicemail. Press 2 again to resume playback.
Press 3 to fast-forward the message 3 seconds.
Press 4 to restart the message from the beginning.
Press 6 to move to the end of the message and hear voicemail options.
