How to Troubleshoot EPAFs

Summary:

How to troubleshoot EPAF issues when users can not create them in Self-Service Banner (EPAF - Electronic Personnel Action Form)

Instructions:

  1. Under the “Employee” tab in Self-Service Banner, there should be a link labeled “Electronic Personnel Action Form”. If a link does not appear, the user may not be authorized to create EPAFs.

  2. If there is no link, contact Human Resources to authorize the user.
