Faculty governance at the Seminary is designed to ensure that the Seminary’s organizational and administrative processes help faculty in their task of research and teaching. The Vice President and Dean is the chief administrative officer of the Seminary, but policy decisions and many areas of function are determined by faculty in plenary session.
