Adobe Scan is an app that is available both for Android and iPhone. It can be used to scan multiple pages of documents and create a singe PDF document. It does a great job of straightening and enhancing the scanned images so they are easily readable.

Using Adobe Scan

1

Download the app from either Google Play  or the Apple AppStore.

2Layout the document(s) you need to scan in a area that has good lighting.
3Open the app and click on the camera icon in the blue oval at the bottom for the screen.

4Point your phone at your document and follow the direction on the screen, allowing the app to find your document

5Adjust the crop if need, then hit continue.

6 If you have additional documents you want to scan for the same PDF, repeat steps 4 and 5 as needed.
7Once you are done scanning click the images in the lower right hand corner of the screen to continue.

8To create the PDF click on the "Save PDF" text at the top of the screen.

Sharing your PDF

To share your PDF, click on the "share" icon on the main screen of the Adobe Scan app.

This will open a dialogue box at the bottom of the screen with an option to get a sharable link ("Share Link") to your document or you can "Share a Copy" which allows you to save the PDF to your phone directly.
