Dining on Campus

Students must sanitize their hands upon entering the Dining Center and are required to wear a face covering in common spaces and anytime they are not eating. There will also be directional and spacing signage in all areas to allow for social distancing. No cash or checks will be accepted. Bethel Flex/Dine Dollars and credit/debit cards (VISA, MC, Discover) will be accepted.

Monson Dining Center

  • The Monson Dining Center will have a reduced capacity that will be monitored and regulated.
  • Students will have the option of dining in or taking a box to go to eat outside of the dining center.
  • All menus will be simplified to promote speed of service and prevent dense gatherings of people.
  • Made to order options will no longer be available, and a variety of daily specials will be offered to allow people to get through the Monson Dining Center more quickly. We will offer meals that accommodate various dietary needs, including gluten free, dairy & lactose free, vegan, and vegetarian options.
  • The Dining Center will have extended hours of operation throughout the day to accommodate the change in class schedules and allow for social distancing within the Dining Center.
  • Students in first year housing will be allowed to select the Block C or Block D meal plan option this year, which will provide them with more flex dollars. They will be able to use these flex dollars in Royal Grounds, 3900 Grill, the C-store, and the Robertson Center Simply to Go Pop Up location. This will offer more to-go options for students to take to their rooms or other places on campus to allow for more space for social distancing.

3900 Grill, Royal Grounds, the C-Store, and Simply to Go Pop Up

  • 3900 Grill, Royal Grounds, and the C-store will use online ordering to allow people to pre-order at these locations, but in person ordering will still be available as well.
  • Online ordering will be available 30 minutes before each location opens and will close 15 minutes before they close for the day.
  • When ordering online, students will place their orders via a website and will be sent a text when their order is ready.  There will be a pick up station at each location.
  • Seating capacity outside of the 3900 Grill will be limited.
  • A convenience store (c-store) will be available within 3900 Grill.  The c-store will be available for online ordering with selected pick up times and in person purchases available Sunday through Thursday evenings.
  • The Simply to Go Pop Up, located in the Robertson Center 3rd floor concession area, will be open for grab and go during lunch Monday - Friday.
