Our team maintains the Advancement Salesforce database and is the primary owner of alumni, family, donor, church and pastor data. We are also the primary source for mailing lists and reports drawn from this data. In this space, you will find instructions on how to request lists and reports from us, among other data-related information.

Data Updates

We always appreciate receiving data updates about our alumni, parents, donors, churches and pastors. This includes new addresses and contact information, marriage and family updates, employment, and event attendance. These updates can be sent directly to university-advancement@bethel.edu.
