Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance

Basic and supplemental life insurance also include accidental death and dismemberment coverage for the employee. Additional accidental death and dismemberment coverage may be purchased within the first 30 days of eligibility.

Open Enrollment is held each year in late fall for an effective date of January 1st to allow employees to change their elections for the following year.
