ANDERSON CENTER 205/206 ROOM COMBINING INSTRUCTIONS



ANC205 and ANC206 classrooms function independently in the same way that all the classrooms function at the Anderson Center. When the rooms need to be combined for special occasions the function is very similar but there are a few simple steps required to enable the combined room status.

  1. ANC206: Press the “Press to begin button” on the ANC206 cart and select the COMBINE button.

  2. ANC205: Use the ANC205 cart or laptop connection for your presentation.  Press the “Press to begin button” on the ANC205 cart and select either PC (cart computer), HDMI (for your laptop connected via the HDMI cable on the side of the cart), or Wirless (for connection via the Airtame App). At this point anything that is displayed on the 205 screen should be displayed also on the 206 screen and audio should be distributed to both rooms from the ANC205 teaching center.

  3. Press the DISPLAY OFF button on both the 205 and 206 carts to turn off BOTH projector systems.
