Google Drive

Summary

Google Drive storage is available to all Bethel community members. Google Drive is great as files can easily be shared between community members. It can be great for inter-departmental use as well. Google Drive is available on and off campus as it is a web based storage option. VPN is not needed to access Google Drive, unlike BSP-NAS. 

Details

You can create folders and new documents by selecting New in the top left. Files can be uploaded to the Google Drive by selecting New → File Upload. You can download files from the Google Drive by right clicking on files and selecting Download. You can share documents with any Bethel community member by right clicking on a file or folder, and selecting Share. You have the option of Read only access, Read and Comment access, or Read and Edit access. If you need to change ownership of a document or folder, you can do that in the share menu as well.
