BSG and Club Meeting Guidelines

  • Social distancing and face covering guidelines will be followed.
  • Large events (over 250): Some have been canceled, some will be modified, some will be held virtually.
  • Smaller events (100 and under): All have been modified to follow university distancing protocols.
  • Group meetings (i.e., BSG departmental meetings) over 25 people will be held virtually.
  • All food served at events must be individually packaged and provided by Sodexo.
  • All events will require registration that helps organizers plan how many students will attend and to help with contact tracing if needed.
