Faculty Excellence Awards

Annually, the Professional Development Committee of the College of Arts & Sciences receive nominations for awards to recognize faculty for distinguished teaching, service, and scholarship. Each award carries a substantial monetary honor. Recipients are expected to make a public presentation, usually as part of the Primetime in the Library program. Annually, the Dean’s Office works with the Seminary Student Senates to receive nominations and to select a Seminary faculty member to be honored with the Seminary Faculty Excellence Award. For further information, contact the Seminary Dean’s Office.

Annually, CAPS and GS awards two faculty excellence awards, one to a full-time faculty member and one to an adjunct.
