Transcript Hold

When financial obligations have not been met, a transcript hold is placed on the student account. A transcript hold will prevent an official transcript from being processed by the Office of the Registrar unless any of the mandated criteria for release is met, which is a review and authorization process by the Business Office upon notification from the Office of the Registrar after a student with a transcript hold has placed a transcript order.
