At Bethel, we have outstanding employees who serve students, staff, faculty, visitors, alumni, children, donors, and most importantly God. We enjoy the opportunity to acknowledge the work of our employees. Because we want to recognize and reward more employees more often, our Royal Recognition and Appreciation Program has been intentionally designed with specific and strategic goals:

The program is for both staff and faculty members.

Employee recognition is acknowledged both formally and informally. All staff and faculty are eligible to receive any and/or all of these forms of recognition and appreciation.
