Retirement

Bethel has no mandatory retirement age. Faculty are encouraged to plan in advance and consult with their departments concerning the expected date of retirement, and with the Office of People and Culture concerning expected benefits. Faculty are requested to notify their Associate Provost in writing once they have decided on a date of retirement.
