Expectations for Remote Work

Supervisors should work with their employees working remotely to set expectations such as core working hours, response times for phone calls, etc. that meet the needs of their position, the students they serve, and the employees with whom they partner. As those plans affect cross-department connections, department heads should work together to ensure that broader service expectations are met.
