If you don’t yet have a Webex account or don’t know for sure, please contact the ITS Help Desk to confirm. All Webex account creation must go through ITS due to how its features work with our phone provider.

Download

1. Navigate in a web browser tab to Cisco Webex | Video Conferencing, Webinars, Screen Share, & Conference Call.

2. Select the download option in green that fits the device you are using.

   1. For Windows computers, select the For Windows (64 bit) option.

   2. For Mac computers, select the For macOS (Apple silicon chips) option.

4. Open up the install file in the downloads folder of your device.

5. Let the installer run and the application should open to the initial screen, as shown below.
