Forwarding a Voice Message to Another Voicemail Inbox

This Confluence article provides user instructions for forwarding a voicemail message into a different voicemail inbox (other than the voicemail inbox the message was initially left in). Instructions:

  1. Listen to the message in the play menu. When it is finished, press 0 to access the Additional Options menu.

  2. Within this menu, press 2 to forward the message. The system will prompt you to record a notice on what the forwarded message is about.

  3. After you are done recording, press 3 to enter in the desired extension(s) for forwarding.
