Voting

Employees are encouraged to vote. You will be allowed a reasonable period of time to vote in case you are unable to vote before or after working hours.

Procedure:

  1. Employees should notify their supervisor if they anticipate taking time off to vote.
  2. There will be no penalty or deduction from salary or wages because of the absence. Employees do not need to record the allowed reasonable period of time on their timesheet/leave report.
