Voting
Employees are encouraged to vote. You will be allowed a reasonable period of time to vote in case you are unable to vote before or after working hours.
Procedure:
- Employees should notify their supervisor if they anticipate taking time off to vote.
- There will be no penalty or deduction from salary or wages because of the absence. Employees do not need to record the allowed reasonable period of time on their timesheet/leave report.
