Change Busy or No Answer Greetings for a group or departmental phone number
If the phone number you want the greeting changed for is an auto attendant, call center, or hunt group, where the phone number that runs the greeting message is not tied to one specific desk phone, it is recommended to send a new greeting as a recorded audio file to the ITS Help Desk. This can be performed by following the directions in this Confluence article.
